Food for Thought

We pray and ask God for so many huge things. Why does your name have to be in lights? Why does the world need to know who you are? What if he called you to break generational curses in your family? What if he called you to bring your close family and friends to him to be saved? What if he called you to work at that grocery store because you make the customers feel seen and loved? What if he called you to work at that school to shape the next generation? Why is that not good enough? The “more” that you’re praying for, can you even handle it? We look at the stars and content creators on social media and say I want to do that, not knowing the journey to get there. Are you even ready for that? Do you want these things to prove something, stroke your ego, or to give God Glory with your life? Be honest with yourself. His plans for us are amazing and if we surrender our will for his will, we would see the change in the world we desire. Shine where you are and if/ when he wants to promote you it will happen in HIS time on HIS terms 💖
